The following terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to all deliveries from w ww.jensenopals.dk

Price and payment

In our store you can order your items online and pay with Dankort, Visa, Master Card and mobilepay. All prices at http://www.jensenopals.dk is incl. VAT. We are SSL certified (Secure Sockets Layer). SSL is an encryption protocol that ensures that only the sender and recipient can read the information in between.

Shipping prices Denmark:

There is free shipping throughout Denmark with Post Nord.

Shipping prices rest of the world: 150 kr

Right of withdrawal

Jensen Opals Ure Gold Sølv offers a 14-day right of withdrawal, effective from the day you receive your goods. You are obliged to return the goods in the same condition and quantity as received. You must bear the costs associated with returning the goods.

If you wish to exercise this right of withdrawal, we must receive a notification by email about this request within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please write to info@jensenopals.dk with your order number and name.

Condition of the item when you return it: You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item that is caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the item. This means that to receive the full purchase amount back, you must do the same as you would in a physical store. You may test the item, but not actually use it.

If the item has been tried on beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a portion or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.

Please note: There is no right of withdrawal on items that are engraved or custom-made to your own wishes.

Delivery

Delivery of your goods is considered to have taken place when you have received the goods. The goods are shipped with GLS to your private address, company address or desired parcel shop. GLS delivers goods Monday-Friday. If you have chosen delivery to your private address, please state in the comments field where you would like the goods delivered in the event that you are not at home upon delivery. If no delivery location is specified and you are not at home upon delivery, the goods will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop, and you will be notified by email and text message about this.

Delivery time

As a rule, we deliver your goods within 1-5 days. Goods that we have in stock are shipped the same day if your order is received by us before 12:00, otherwise they are shipped the following business day. If we do not have the item in stock, we will order the item from our supplier and expect to be able to deliver to you within 5 days. If the delivery time cannot be met, we will send you a message about the expected delivery time. Please note that there will be a longer delivery time for jewelry made to order and items that need to be engraved. We reserve the right to printing errors, price increases and sold-out items. In the event of any problems with delivery, you will be contacted as soon as possible so that we can find a solution.

Right of complaint

According to the Danish Purchase Act, you have a 24-month right of complaint from the date of purchase. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. The complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect operation/use of the product.

The risk to the goods

The risk for goods purchased on the webshop passes to you as a consumer at the time of delivery. Please check that the packaging is intact upon delivery, and possibly refuse receipt if it is not, and you assess that the goods may have been damaged during transport. If you are not at home upon receipt, please check the packaging and goods within 24 hours. If the packaging is not intact and the goods are damaged, please send us an email to info@jensenopals.dk with your order number, pictures of the packaging and the product , so that we can find a solution as quickly as possible.

Defects or complaints

We carefully check all goods and orders before they are sent. However, if you should nevertheless find an error or defect upon delivery, this must be claimed within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect or defect. In order for us to find the best possible solution quickly, we consider a reasonable time for claiming any errors and defects to be within 48 hours of delivery. Please send an email and include a picture that clearly shows the defect on the item. In the event of defects, please also send an email within 48 hours with a description of the defect.

Leather bracelets, watch straps, belts, wallets and other leather goods: Leather goods are natural materials, and variations in texture and depth of color may occur, and are therefore not a defect in the product.

Maintenance of surface-treated jewelry

If you have purchased jewelry in rhodium-plated silver, gold-plated silver, rose gold-plated silver, black rhodium-plated silver or oxidized silver, please note that there is no warranty on the surface treatment of this jewelry. A piece of jewelry that is rhodium-plated, gold-plated, rose gold-plated, black rhodium-plated or oxidized will wear out over time. However, there are measures that can extend the life of the surface treatment:

- Remove rings and bracelets when washing hands.

- Avoid perfumes and perfumed creams on the jewelry.

- Avoid direct contact with water, sweat, chlorine, sulfur, detergent and lotion.

- Take off your jewelry when you shower, play sports and sleep.

- The jewelry should only be wiped with a damp cotton cloth and must be completely dry before being stored.

- Use NEVER a silver cloth or an abrasive for cleaning surface-treated jewelry.

Caring for opals and opal jewelry

Solid opals and jewelry set with solid opals :

The opals themselves are water resistant, but it is always a good idea to take off the jewelry before taking a shower.

Doublet opals and jewelry set with doublet opals :

Doublet opals are composed of a precious opal that is glued to a background. It is therefore not recommended that doublet opals or jewelry set with doublet opals come into contact with water.

We only collect personal data in cases where this is relevant to us, and we will only collect personal data if it is relevant to your activity at Jensen Opals Ure Gold Sølv.

When collecting, processing and using your personal data, we always comply with all relevant legal provisions.

We will only retain your personal data for as long as we are either legally obliged to do so or as long as it is relevant to the purpose for which it was collected.

Information we collect

If you wish to purchase and receive a product from us, we need to collect certain personal data in order to complete the transaction and to be able to offer you our services.

We may collect information such as name, email address, mailing address, shipping address (if different from mailing address), phone number, and payment information.

Jensen Opals Watches Gold Silver collects and processes your personal data when you do the following:

Basis and purpose of processing

We collect your general contact information such as name and address in order to deliver the product you have purchased from us. We collect your email address in order to send you an order confirmation and a delivery confirmation.

When you pay for your product, we collect your name, card details and IP address. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is used and stored only for payment processing and fulfillment of the agreement entered into.

If you have given us your consent during the registration process or on our website, we will use your email address to send you a newsletter. You can subscribe to and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. All newsletters also contain a link to unsubscribe. If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

If you do not wish to provide the personal data required to complete a purchase of a product, you will unfortunately not be able to purchase products from us on our website.

Your information (except your email address, if you have consented to its processing for the purpose of receiving offers) will be deleted 5 years after you have received your item. The collected information is stored for 5 years, after which the information is deleted. The 5-year storage period is a requirement of the Danish Accounting Act .

Other recipients of personal data

We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not transfer your personal data to third countries.

If you have ordered delivery, the information about your name, address, telephone number and email address will be provided to our shipping company, currently GLS, for the purpose of delivering your purchases.

If you choose to report our website, your name and email address will be transferred to the Trust Pilot review site. We have no cooperation with Trust Pilot and therefore do not have access to the data provided.

We have entered into data processing agreements with our data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable regulations on the protection of your personal data.

Your rights

As the data subject, you have a number of rights that we must ensure are fulfilled at all times. You have the right to request the following from us:

  • To access and correct/change your personal data
  • To have personal data deleted

You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
