Returns and refunds
In-store returns:
We offer a 30-day exchange period with proof of purchase, but a 14-day money back guarantee. The money will be returned to the credit card used to purchase the jewelry.
A receipt or order confirmation must be brought with you to get the money refunded.
This simply requires that the item is unused and in its original packaging or box.
Goods can be exchanged within the stated period. This can be for another item or a credit card.
It is not possible to exchange or return sale items purchased in our physical store.
Returns in the webshop:
We offer a 30-day exchange and 30-day money back guarantee with presentation of order confirmation or order number. The money would be returned to the credit card with which the jewelry was purchased.
This simply requires that the item is unused and in its original packaging or box.
Contact us and let us know that you wish to return the item. Once we have received it and checked that the item meets our return policy, we will refund the money to the credit card the item was purchased with.
Jensen Opals does not cover shipping costs for return packages and it is therefore at your own risk to purchase a shipping label from GLS or Postnord.
