Custom Designed Opal Jewelry

If you have a dream of helping to design your very own unique opal jewelry, we can make it a reality. You can choose an opal from our large collection and together with Helle you can design the opal jewelry exactly as you wanted it. Helle is ready to give good advice and share her experience. We only use goldsmiths who specialize in working with opals, to ensure a professional and well-executed job. The process is personal, calm and transparent, so you feel safe all the way from the first idea to the finished jewelry.
How it works
1) Choose your opal from our collection. This can be done in person in our store or over Facetime. It might be a good idea to find inspiration in the webshop under loose opals.
2) Design together with Helle: we sketch, talk about materials (gold/silver), surfaces (classic shiny or more rustic), setting (e.g. claws), possibly diamonds and chain solution.
3) Order: After approval of the design, you will receive a price and a schedule and a deposit of 20% of the price is paid.
4) Approval: About halfway through the process, we will send you a picture of your piece of jewelry, where you can provide input and make any changes. Once everything is approved, the piece of jewelry is completed.
5) When the jewelry is ready, the remaining amount is paid and the jewelry can be picked up in our store or sent by registered mail to your address. Along with the jewelry, you will also receive a certificate of origin of the opal and a description of how to best care for your new unique opal jewelry, so that you can enjoy it for many years to come.

We offer a two-year warranty on workmanship. We do not offer a warranty on damaged opal. Opal is a relatively soft gemstone and will get small scratches with frequent use. If it is dropped on a hard surface, it is also possible that it could be damaged. We provide a certificate with all our jewelry, which describes how to best look after opal jewelry.
