Opal pendant with Solid boulder opal from Queensland in Australia. The case set is made in rustic silver and the "swing" is made in 14 carat gold. The opal measures 24 x 44 mm and the entire pendant measures 38 x 44 mm.

NB. Since it is a solid opal, it can withstand water, but cannot withstand impacts and strong solvents.
The opal is also a relatively soft gemstone, and can therefore get small scratches with frequent use.
If it gets small scratches, it can be polished again.
